Chinese Wellbeing Secret within 16 Chinese Characters 养生十六字

Brief introduction: This lecture shares with you the health tips from one of Chinese Emperors–Qian Long (1711 – 1799; the sixth emperor of the Qing Dynasty) Sixteen Chinese Characters Cover the Chinese wellbeing, which are吐纳肺腑,活动筋骨,十常四勿,适时进补( translation: Inhalation and Exhalation of the Lung; Move Bones and Tendons; 10 Do’s and Don’ts; Taking Tonics at Appropriate Times). A free discussion will be held after the lecture.

You may not know Chinese people apply different Chinese wellbeing tips to make them healthier according to the distinct seasons. This lecture explores and shares different health tips in different seasons.

Eyes Massage 眼保健操

Brief introduction: This lecture will introduce the traditional Chinese eyes massage, which consists of 4 movements. The massage will prevent the pseudomyopia (near-sightedness) and relieve visual fatigue and blurred vision of facing the computers for a long time. This exercise is popular and useful with all ages.
